aturi.to is maintained by one person, so there is no support queue and no ticket number — but every route below is read. Pick whichever matches what you need; the feedback board is the best default, because it is public and other people can vote on the same thing rather than filing it twice.
Bugs and feature requests
The feedback board is the fastest route. Post a bug or an idea, or vote on someone else's. It runs on the userinput.app lexicons, so every post you make lands as a record in your own repository rather than in a database here.
If you would rather work in Git, open an issue on GitHub. Pull requests are welcome; read CONTRIBUTING.md first for how the repository is laid out.
Security disclosure
Do not open a public issue for a vulnerability. Report it privately through GitHub Security Advisories, or email aturi@atpota.to. Expect an acknowledgement within a week; if you hear nothing after that, DM @aturi.to on Bluesky referencing the report without describing the issue publicly.
Everything else
For anything that is not a bug, a feature or a vulnerability — press, takedown requests, questions about the packages, or wanting to add a client to the waypoint catalog — email contact@aturi.to.

To add a client to the waypoint catalog, an issue or a pull request is better than an email — the catalog lives in one file and the developer docs describe its shape.
